THE POSITION:
Continuous Improvement Facilitator
Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant discipline
Fixed-term contract for 24 months
THE COMPANY:

THE JOB:
You will be employed by Cardiff University (and work through its Lean Enterprise Research Centre) but will be based at Yeo Valley’s Blagdon Dairy, 7 miles south of Bristol in North Somerset, facilitating the implementation of a change management programme to adapt Lean Production to an established FMCG Company.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a graduate/postgraduate in a relevant discipline and/or possess considerable experience in industry.
Dynamic, driven, outgoing and good with people, you will report directly to the Continuous improvement Manager and also be supported by an academic from the University.

THE SALARY AND PACKAGE:
The salary will be up to £25,000 pa.
The rewards package includes an additional £4,000 personal training and development budget.
