Yeo Valley also farms organically, as you might well expect. 190 acres on the Mendips are now home to one of Britain’s largest flocks of pedigree Cotswold sheep (a rare breed) and a herd of Aberdeen Angus suckler cows.  For more information on organic cows click here for our news item.

The beef and lamb are sold in our staff canteens and the wool is spun, dyed in natural colours and knitted into organic sweaters to the new organic standard for fibres.
